Ecommerce Bookkeeper

The Offer- Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance- Work alongside & learn from best in class talent- Strong opportunities to progress your careerThe JobKey Responsibilities :- Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks.- Maintain and update financial records, encompassing bookkeeping duties and overseeing AP / AR functions.- Address phone calls and emails from both internal and external stakeholders.- Arrange and manage appointments and meetings as necessary.- Monitor incoming payments, including scheduled, pending, and declined transactions.- Engage in customer outreach to manage collections accounts, including follow-ups and potentially challenging conversations.- Work Schedule :Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm Eastern Standard Time.The Profile- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a remote worker.- At least 2 years' experience in bookkeeping roles.- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.- Familiarity with Google Apps such as Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is advantageous.- While a Bachelor's degree or related qualification is preferred, it's not mandatory.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.The EmployerSalutations from Dallas!
