What You'll Do Affiliate Program Management : Develop, launch,
and manage affiliate marketing campaigns that align with our brand's goals and drive revenue growth. Partner Recruitment and Outreach : Identify, onboard, and cultivate strong relationships with affiliates and influencers who align with our brand values. Campaign Optimization : Work closely with affiliates to ensure campaigns are effective, leveraging promotions, seasonal trends, and other tactics to maximize reach. Performance Tracking : Monitor affiliate metrics, providing regular performance reports and insights to optimize and scale affiliate partnerships. Content and Product Support: Collaborate with affiliates to create compelling product content and promotional assets, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement. Competitive Analysis : Stay informed on affiliate and influencer marketing trends, identifying new partnership opportunities and best practices within the industry. Reporting and Analytics : Provide detailed reports on affiliate performance, ROI, and campaign outcomes, making data-driven recommendations to improve future efforts. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce,
or a related field 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships in eCommerce Strong relationship-building skills with experience in affiliate or influencer outreach and management. Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance. Experience with affiliate networks and eCommerce platforms Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
