E-Mail Marketing Specialist

E-mail Marketing Specialist (remote) The E-Mail Marketing Specialist will develop the Company's lead generation, engage new clients via email campaign strategies, and execute tactics that deliver persuasive messages to current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Identify target audience and grow the email listCreate effective and compelling content for our email strategiesCreate original templates and/or upgrade current templates that will engage customers through emailAdhere to corporate style guidelines while incorporating best practicesImplement email marketing campaigns and ensure that the campaigns are accessible and functional on both desktop and mobile devicesTrack metrics to measure the effectiveness of email campaign strategies and tactics, suggest improvementsEnsure that all campaigns are aligned with the company's overall strategy, branding, and marketing and sales goalsPerform other special projects or duties when requiredQualifications: Minimum 2 years of email campaign developmentMinimum 2 years of content creation experienceHigher educationLanguage skills: fluent EnglishHigh attention to detail, efficient time management, and strong organizational skillsUpbeat, positive attitudeWeb or graphic design experience is a plusOther Requirements: Working Internet Connection that meets internal speed requirementA quiet workspace free of distractionsPC & HeadsetIt will be considered a significant advantage if you have: Experience in the Translation & Localization, Health care, or IT IndustryWorked on a globally distributed teamA technical backgroundJob Type: Full-time
