As a Supervisor for our Distribution Center, you will be reporting to the Outbound Manager and will be responsible for leading and managing the order preparation and dispatch activities for Ecommerce / Partner Program.
Position based on our DC in Escobar.
Key Accountabilities: 3PL follow up on e-commerce waving planning and alignment with the transportation team to ensure DC efficient support on delivery strategy.Ecom OTIF, 3DD (order preparation & delivery in 3 days) and ON TIME dispatch ownership from DC side (preparation).Look for efficiencies in Ecom process to improve variable costs and productivity.Lead IT innovating initiatives to improve process flow and traceability.Generate inputs and outputs for sales team regarding forecast accuracy and deviations.Partner Program follow up and initiatives for a more efficient process.Peak season campaigns preparation and follow up (Hot Sale, Cyberweek, etc).Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Project management with focus on continuous improvement.Results oriented.KPI driven.Strong team player with ability to work cross functionally to achieve goals and objectives.Strong and proven analytical skills with attention to detail.Embracing innovation, challenging the status quo and driving change.Analysis and problem solving.Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience): Education: University degree in Industrial, Logistics or Administration Engineering or related careers.Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain logistics position.
