YOUR ROLE: We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be part of our Sofia team, having the chance to work for the whole L'Oréal Adria Balkan region. The position of E-Care Beauty Advisor requires an independent, agile, and communicative person who will be responsible for:
Managing interactions across our brands' social media channels, live chat, phones, and e-mails to offer an excellent consumer experience and create engaging conversations. Ensuring excellent customer service by providing detailed information about our products, brands, and the Group. Closely cooperating with Marketing, Digital, Legal, Scientific, and Corporate Communication teams. Reaching KPIs while ensuring the high qualitative standard of the service provided. Acting as an in-house consumer care insights expert who connects consumers to the business by generating actionable reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in performance. THE IDEAL PROFILE: Has between 2 and 5 years of similar experience Holds a high school diploma at a minimum (Bachelor's Degree is an advantage) Has excellent computer skills (Excel, Outlook) Has strong verbal and written communication skills Has strong interpersonal and organizational skills Is detail-oriented and an efficient multi-tasker Works with responsibility & autonomy Is a native Bulgarian speaker Is fluent in English Knowledge of Serbian is an advantage WONDERING WHO YOU WOULD WORK WITH?
