Required skills Fluent in Dutch (level C2) Working proficiency in English Excellent communication skills Proficient computer user (MS Office, Adobe, Data Bases, and CRM) Ability to troubleshoot and find the solution independently Nice to haves: Understand what is a sim card, an SD card, and a server and what is their purpose Understand mobile networks and an internet connection, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity Ability to use smartphones and internet applications Usage of MS Office Day to day: Account Registration through the portal Multi-Media Interface usage guidance, and troubleshooting The vehicle does not connect to the back end Remote Services Issues via the App (lock/unlock – climatization – charging schedule etc.)
