Role Overview: In this role, you will be vital in creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google's platforms.
Your Dutch language skills will be crucial for tailoring campaigns to Dutch-speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video formats.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors in Dutch-speaking regions.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met, and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that ad copy, landing pages, and creative materials align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.
Client Support: Help account managers communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing any campaign-related inquiries.
Ad Optimization: Implement strategies for improving ad performance through methods such as A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and bid management.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of campaign strategies, performance, and insights for future reference and planning.
Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience: Prior experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex information and interact effectively with team members and clients.
Team Player: Collaborative and comfortable working both remotely and in-office.
