For the second largest energy producer and energy supplier in the Belgian market, we are looking for Outbound Client Advisors to join a dynamic team.
This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers using a provided database, which includes both cold leads (people who haven't shown prior interest) and warm leads (those who have).
The goal is to secure contracts for the company and assist with the digital signing process.
Additionally, you'll provide clients with information on tariffs and convince them to switch energy providers.
Your role Making outbound calls to prospects from the company database.
Listening actively to understand clients' needs and sales opportunities.
Comparing energy tariffs between the company and other suppliers.
Convincing prospects to sign a contract.
Assisting customers with digital contract signing and ensuring their satisfaction within 48 hours via a follow-up call.
Upselling additional products or services, such as energy control devices, maintenance services, and e-mobility items.
Requirements Diploma of Secondary Education Contact center or sales experience is good to have but not necessary High proficiency in Dutch (preferibly Flemish) and a good command of English PC skills (MS Office, Salesforce) Good writing skills Strong communication skills Customer orientation - Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Persuasiveness – to convince others, while using clear explanations and well-formed arguments Empathy - Understands another person's circumstances, point of view, thoughts, and feelings.
