What Youll Do: Provide excellent support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product/service-related questions.
Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality.
What Were Looking For: Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
Proficiency in English for internal communication.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
