Your key responsibilities will include: Customer Assistance: Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, offering guidance on orders and troubleshooting technical issues.

Service Coordination: In more complex cases, you will coordinate technician visits or arrange for spare parts delivery to clients.
Product Engagement: Be proactive in discussing and upselling new or existing products, sharing your passion for innovation.
Brand Ambassador: Educate customers on product features, embodying the values of the brand.
What Were Looking For: Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken Dutch (C1) and a good command of English for internal communication.
