About the role: As a Driveway Attendant/Concierge at Mercedes-Benz Waverley, you will be our esteemed clientele's first point of contact.Your role will deliver a five-star customer experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and valued.Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.Provide information features and dealership services.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and outstanding client experiences.Maintain a well-organised and welcoming reception area.Assist in moving vehicles on site and transporting customer drop-off and pick-up. About you: Previous experience in concierge, customer service, dealerships, hospitality, or similar customer contact roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.A passion for the automotive industry and luxury brands.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.A current VIC driver's licence.
