Roles and Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Operations Manager to take full ownership of managing our project portfolio. This role is hands-on, requiring someone who can directly oversee project execution, resource allocation, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.Resource Process Management:Efficiently allocate resources across projects.
Ensure processes are in place to support smooth execution and efficiency.Stakeholder Collaboration:Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including legal experts.Ensure clear, structured communication and manage expectations effectively.Risk Performance Tracking:Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.Track KPIs and provide regular, detailed reporting to senior management.Apply best practices in project and portfolio management.Drive continuous process improvements.Stakeholder Communication:Acting as a liaison between various stakeholders (e.g., project managers, legal teams, and external partners) to facilitate clear communication and resolve any contract-related issues.Contract Administration:Overseeing the day-to-day management of contracts, including documentation, renewals, modifications, and terminations.Budget Management:Collaborating with finance teams to ensure that contract costs align with budget forecasts and managing any financial implications of contract changes.Qualifications: Solid track record of excellence in project management, including, ideally, 3+ years managing a project portfolio.Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering them on time and within budget.Experience working with legal experts and handling project contracts.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.What We Offer Purposeful Career - Join a team where your work contributes to meaningful and positive change, beyond financial gain.Flexibility - Be located anywhere within the EU, with full support from our organizational side.Cutting-Edge Innovation - Work with leading entrepreneurs and corporates in the raw materials sector across Europe and beyond.Diverse Team - We value and welcome every individual in our inclusive and international team.Our Recruitment Process We invite you to apply for this opportunity to make a significant impact on Europe's innovation landscape.
