DescriptionEnsure that dealerships within the responsible district achieve the wholesale and retail targets of the full range of models, including MB CBU cars, PBP cars, and Used Cars.Monitor and enable dealership sales and marketing business running in a profitable and professional way.Manage and ensure all dealerships comply with the BMBS's policies and standards.Develop marketing strategies with dealership management designed to increase market share and brand awareness in the local market.Steer dealers to localize Central or Region West initiated marketing activities at the dealer level.Support dealers in developing local marketing plans, ensuring well-implementation and effective tracking, under central and regional marketing guidance and in accordance with Mercedes-Benz brand standards.Enhance operational competence of dealers according to MB standards, retail strategy, processes, and policies.Create internal circulation of sales, customer services, and used car business to expand customer lifecycle value.QualificationsEducation University/Master's degree in Business Administration, preferably with specialization in Management or Retail Operations.Leadership and Project Management training.Fluency in English and Chinese.Experience Strong leadership ability.Substantial (China) automotive industry experience, preferably with retail experience.Solid knowledge and understanding of the automotive business, especially in the area of S&M and retail operations.Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams.Specific Knowledge Knowledge of retail/wholesale operations (specific knowledge of automobile dealer operations is a plus).Ability to understand and interpret financial data.Ability to develop, implement, and follow through on action plans to achieve pre-established objectives.Organization
