Key Responsibilities Account Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new business clients, focusing on distributors in the FMCG sector to expand our market presence. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with business goals. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Training and Development: Provide training and awareness sessions to ensure stakeholders understand our product offerings and value propositions. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Engage in contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the FMCG industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of accountability. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Experience Experience with FMCG.
