Objective of job: Coordination and realization work for development, localization, and supplier set management for Display & HUD in collaboration with different RD localizations.Tech scouting new display area technology and innovation, initial POC, and trigger new development for the China market.Lead display/HUD localization project ramp-up and RD release to ensure production.Troubleshooting and diagnosing for China rollout carlines.In cooperation with the responsible China teams and suppliers for new technology and benchmark, conduct POC for innovation.Evaluate and support RD Germany to understand the China market display technology.Manage part localization projects from design-freeze to part release with handover to series production to ensure timely delivery and functionality.Work together with cross-functional departments, e.g., procurement, quality, and logistics, to set up localization milestones and coordinate activities to meet tight time schedules.Support system and vehicle testing and release.Conduct and manage all technical aspects for local and imported parts and organize the handover to BBAC Product engineering and local suppliers.Qualifications Education: University degree in control and automation, automotive, or electrical engineering.Experience: Graduates with first experience in the automotive industry as well as applicants with a minimum of 3-5 years of display and head-up display work experience at OEMs or suppliers.Specific Knowledge: Vector CANoe, Monaco, and other network testing tools.Basic knowledge about vehicle communication protocols (including automotive Ethernet, CAN FD, LIN, Flexray, etc.).Self-responsible working attitude and initiative.Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels.Strong planning and organizational skills, leading cross-functional decisions with purpose orientation.High commitment to automobiles.Willingness to travel inside China and abroad to prepare and support launches at JV/suppliers.
