As we expand, we are seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead and optimize our operational infrastructure to support sustained growth.

This role requires a proactive, solution-driven professional with a deep understanding of law firm management, financial acumen, and a passion for driving organizational success in a high-growth environment.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and systems to support the firm's objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast and plan for resource and operational needs.
Lead initiatives to improve client experience, productivity, and employee engagement.
Supervise and mentor administrative, paralegal, and support staff teams to maximize performance and accountability.
Foster a collaborative, positive, and goal-oriented workplace culture.
Partner with HR to manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for non-legal staff.
Monitor and manage the firm's budget, operational expenses, and financial performance.
Collaborate with the accounting department to generate reports, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for cost-saving and efficiency.
Implement financial controls and oversee vendor relationships to optimize spending.
Assess and oversee the implementation of legal and administrative technology solutions to enhance efficiency (e.g., case management software, CRM systems).
Ensure the firm's technology infrastructure supports the needs of attorneys, staff, and clients.
Partner with leadership to create short-term and long-term business strategies.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
Develop and manage operational risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and adaptability to changing regulations.
Ensure adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and improve quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of legal service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (MBA or JD preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a law firm, preferably in personal injury or litigation.
Proven track record of managing operations in a high-growth environment.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience managing budgets and operational KPIs.
Expertise in legal technology and systems, with a focus on operational efficiency.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
COMPENSATION BENEFITS: Salary Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 Compensation will be based on experience and will include a base salary along with an incentive for fulfilling and exceeding the role's responsibilities.
