Director Of Nursing -Emergency Department

The Director of Nursing, through sound technical and professional knowledge and established clinical nursing practices, plans, directs, and controls the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementing, and evaluating.
Day-to-day operations are managed by effective leadership, organizational, analytical, process, and problem-solving skills to provide effective patient care and achieve desired patient outcomes.
Minimum Requirements: Current license in the state of AR or compact state license.Two to five years of Emergency Department experience preferred.Prior management experience is a plus.
