Position Overview: As the Director of Demand Generation, you will play a key role in driving the growth of both our internal demand strategy and client success.
You will lead demand generation initiatives, focusing on optimizing inbound marketing and growth strategies for B2B SaaS companies.
Your efforts will target businesses ranging from under $3M ARR to over $10M ARR.
You will also manage a team of contractors and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute demand generation strategies, including account-based marketing, inbound marketing, and sales enablement initiatives.
Lead go-to-market strategies, working across marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot.
Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEM, SEO, PPC) across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.
Oversee content marketing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis to maximize lead generation.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external contractors, providing leadership on various projects, from content creation to outbound marketing.
Report directly to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in shaping the demand strategy for the company and its clients.
Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles, specifically within B2B SaaS environments.
Proven track record of managing teams while still executing key marketing initiatives.
Expertise in inbound marketing, account-based marketing, and the use of automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC, and growth hacking techniques.
Familiarity with outbound tools such as SalesLoft, Instantly, and similar platforms.
Nice-to-Haves: Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other relevant marketing tools.
