In this role, you will conceptualize and execute innovative ideas across various digital platforms, creating engaging experiences tailored to user behaviors and preferences.
Leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI tools, you will push the boundaries of creativity while driving efficiency and impact.
This role requires a strong grasp of digital trends, user experience, brand storytelling, and emerging technologies to effectively engage audiences and meet marketing objectives.
Candidates must have a proven ability to translate marketing goals into compelling creative executions.
The position involves direct client interaction and requires 7 to 9 years of experience in Digital and Tech, with fluency in English.
Having a national or international award is a plus.
Key Responsibilities Concept Development: Create innovative and engaging concepts for digital platforms, including data-driven creativity, mobile-first executions, and tech-based ideas.Tech & AI Integration: Leverage AI-powered design tools and relevant software to enhance creative output and streamline workflows.AI-Driven Content Creation: Experiment with AI-generated content, including image generation, copywriting, and video editing, to push creative boundaries.Personalized Content Development: Use AI tools to tailor content to specific audience segments, maximizing engagement and effectiveness.Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, product development, and design teams to integrate creative efforts seamlessly.Trend Analysis: Stay informed on the latest digital and e-commerce trends, identifying opportunities to innovate.Performance Measurement: Use data and insights to analyze and optimize the effectiveness of creative campaigns.Client Communication: Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, clearly communicating their value and addressing specific needs.Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in the field.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital or shopper marketing campaigns.Proficiency with digital tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered platforms.Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in creative fields.Data analysis skills to inform and refine creative decisions.Excellent creative writing and visual communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to thrive in both independent and team environments.Bonus Points Experience with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.Knowledge of retail analytics and data visualization.Familiarity with AI art and copywriting tools.Understanding of machine learning applications in creative fields.Portfolio showcasing exceptional digital and tech-based work.Ogilvy is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for positions without regard to race, color, religion, belief, sex, age, national origin, marital status, veteran/military status, genetic information, sexual orientation, identity gender, physical or mental disability.
