You are: A passionate practitioner of risk management and/or Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). You are experienced in bringing structure to risk management challenges, drawing on industry knowledge, strategy, technology, and people to create common processes and frameworks for clients. You know the satisfaction of designing and implementing holistic programs that provide key insights into the critical risks to a company's strategic objectives. The work: Identify, assess and develop solution frameworks for complex risk questions using in-depth data-analysis and evaluating variable factors Help clients develop their own strategies by designing and implementing business and technology changes Establish a clear point of view for risk assessment, analysis, and delivery and monitoring of mitigation solutions Adapt industry best practices and procedures to help clients stay compliant Interact confidently with all stakeholders, from senior leadership to team members Work with leadership to determine methods, procedures, and goals on new assignments Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect clients' business exposures – and ours. Here is what you need: A Bachelor's degree Fluent in English language Minimum of 3 years (Consultant)/ 5 years (Manager) of experience in risk management, compliance and/or fraud prevention areas. Minimum of 3 years (Consultant)/ 5 years (Manager) of experience with:
Developing or supporting risk management strategies, objectives, processes, policies Developing, maintaining, and continually improving key aspects of risk management programs, such as risk reporting, risk appetite framework, risk identification, assessment & measurement, risk action planning, and/or risk governance Concepts of risk appetite, KRIs, risk factor correlation, risk event decomposition, and cross-risk impact assessment Credit Risk, Financial Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Fraud Prevention, Stress-testing and/or Quantitative Risk Models Bonus points if: Experience managing a diverse and engaging project team of at least 2 resources, including an understanding of team strengths, the ability to coach, develop and inspire others Project management experience (e.g., defining scope, setting project timelines and milestones, driving deliverables, identifying risks, managing issues, and client relationship management) Established experience in understanding client needs, translating business needs into requirements, developing proposed solutions, and delivering high impact change initiatives Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner Strong competence in developing presentations (i.e., MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word))
