The Offer- Work from anywhere worldwide- Flexible working hours- Excellent rates of payThe JobOur client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for driving growth, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and drive customer engagement.Key Responsibilities :- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO / SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.The ProfileEssential Requirements :- Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and / or display advertising campaigns.- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform,and motivate.- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.- At least 8 years experience in this field- Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments.- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).The Employer- Our client is on a mission to redefine the global workforce .
