  JOB PURPOSE As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Unicoin, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a solid understanding of marketing principles, and a proven track record of driving results through digital initiatives.
  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to, email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and content marketing.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Content Development and Management: Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and more.
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content that aligns with marketing objectives and resonates with target audiences.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine visibility and rankings.
Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Optimize email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize digital analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders .
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content creation, and social media management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred but not Required): Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
Understanding of basic graphic design principles Thorough and detail-oriented – execute high-quality work and keeps the information up-to-date Flexible and adaptable – can manage change and work comfortably with ambiguity Team player – works well in a collaborative environment Being fluent in English and Spanish is desirable Powered by JazzHR
