We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Data Analyst to join the team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
Participating in the strategic development of E-Commerce initiatives. Assisting in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Designing and implementing social media strategies to drive user engagement. Collaborating with the commercial department in data analysis (sales metrics, cross-referencing information, and opportunity detection). Performing administrative tasks and providing support to the team, including the preparation of ISO forms. Preparing reports and data visualizations to aid decision-making. What we are looking for: At least two years of experience in marketing, Big Data, and social media content development analysis. Theoretical and practical knowledge of E-Commerce. Knowledge of metrics (CTR, CPC, reach, impressions for monthly report interpretation). Experience with Data Mining tools (Excel, Power BI, data platforms). Basic design knowledge, aesthetic criteria, creativity, and innovative thinking. Basic skills for E-Commerce photography production and digital media. Multitasking abilities, quick response to various demands from the sector, and attention to detail. Advanced students or graduates in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields. Intermediate level of English. Position characteristics: Location: GBA Oeste.
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Initially in-person, then hybrid.
Direct and permanent hiring with the company.
