About the Creatives team: The Creatives Ops team is responsible for adding value through creative adaptations and production to serve Jampp's & YouAppi's mobile performance campaigns. We work closely with the Revenue Operations team to align our workload to their requirements and priorities.
As a Digital Designer, you will be working to produce or adapt banners and videos to meet the industry quality standards and our best practices. Your designs will be shown to millions of app users, so they have to be catchy and effective! We work in a fast-paced environment, as we have impact in all Jampp's & YouAppi's Advertisers portfolio, according to each particular need and brand guideline. This is why we need to balance quality and speed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Generate creative designs and ideas for banners and video ads customized per clients, following their brand guidelines.Understand internal and external clients' requirements and translate them into creative designs and deliverable pieces.Collaborate with other graphic designers within the team on larger-scale assignments.Work on resizes and minimum adjustments in already created pieces.Work on video editing and creation.Actively look for creative references.This isn't an exhaustive list. We firmly believe in autonomy, so we look for smart people who see the opportunity for improvement and are proactive enough to make it happen.
