Digital BI Lead Do you like to be at the center of strategic decisions? What will the day be like? Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead the collection, analysis, and visualization of data relevant to the area and develop executive reports and dashboards that provide key insights for strategic decision making.Model Building: Use advanced analytical techniques to build statistical models of purchase or withdrawal propensity. Continuously improve existing methodologies, identifying new data sources and adjusting parameters to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the models.Identification of Innovation Opportunities: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas of improvement in the value proposition and processes.Integration of Technological Solutions: Evaluate and propose within the available tools and technologies those that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of related operations, collaborating with regional BI teams and platform providers in the implementation of technological solutions that drive digital transformation.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, customer acquisition, operations, and regional and local sales, facilitating collaboration between areas, integrating data from various sources and internal studies, ensuring a holistic and accurate vision for strategic decision making.Analytics Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team with key responsibilities in data analysis, statistical modeling, and generation of insights to support business decisions.Skills and experience that will lead you to success: Innovation and Creativity: Ability to propose and develop innovative solutions.Strategic Orientation: Focus on achieving long-term strategic objectives, understanding how to interpret client needs and convert them into clear requirements.Effective Communication: Skills to communicate insights clearly and persuasively.Good interpersonal skills.University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.Previous experience of at least 5 years in similar roles, preferably in the mass market sector.In-depth knowledge of BI tools, databases, and data analysis techniques.Advanced English proficiency.How we support our colleagues: In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we foster a diverse workforce.
