What you'll do: As we globally expand our digital offering at Indicia Worldwide, we are looking for a Digital Analytics Manager with the aim of provided an excellent and personalised service to a client based across Europe.
This is a brand new role based on an expanded client scope, it's a great opportunity to shape the delivery of digital analytics in a fast growing area.
The role will be responsible for being an SME for the agency for GA, GTM and Paid Platform tracking.
Key responsibilities: Google Analytics Management Configuration and maintenance of multiple GA properties across markets to ensure consistent and accurate tracking Manage GA custom events, metrics, dimensions and audiences across markets to support campaign activity and reports Provide best practice advice on the optimal configuration options to meet client reporting needs Google Tag Manager Work with the client to develop and clear and consistent tagging strategy looking for new opportunities to improve reporting capability and deliver new insights Maintain tags, trigger and variables across multiple markets Ensuring full QA of new tags is completed prior to implementation Work with developers where necessary to review data layers and make improvements Paid Platforms Tagging Ensuring correct tagging for each new campaign launch across markets is set up across all channels such as Google Ads, Meta and Linkedin Support in delivering reporting requirements where applicable for new channels.
Reporting Working with multiple stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and briefing into BI team for the creation of automated dashboards.
Overseeing the creation of multiple campaign reports, ensuring they are accurate from a data perspective and delivered to deadlines.
Strong focus on automation and efficiency, looking to improve reporting efficiency wherever possible.
Compliance and best practice Have a firm understand of how data should be used and what can and cannot be done within platforms to ensure compliance.
Be up to date with all the latest changes to GA, GTM and the relevant platforms, ensuring that clients are aware of any updates that would have an impact on them.
What you'll bring: Good communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to prioritise requests and keep relevant parties up to date with progress Coding skills such as Javascript to help with tag set up is an advantage Ability to work with stakeholders internationally A self-starter who can be proactive in developing new skills and knowledge A strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to keep up with industry trends and best practice The softer skills that we believe, will help you thrive in this role: Excellent attention to detail The successful candidate will have a proactive attitude towards their own learning and be eager to develop.
