Stealth-Mode Start-Up Client is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage the infrastructure and deployment pipelines of an innovative, high-performance platform .
This role is critical to ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security while enabling seamless collaboration between development and operations teams.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining CI/CD pipelines , optimizing cloud infrastructure , and maintaining high availability for both web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation , or similar technologies.
Develop and maintain continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery cycles.
Oversee and optimize cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for high availability and cost-efficiency.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Enforce security best practices , including encryption, access controls, and vulnerability assessments across all infrastructure layers.
Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity during incidents.
Proactively plan and implement infrastructure scaling strategies to accommodate anticipated user growth and increased platform demands .
Work closely with Developers, QA Engineers , and Product Teams to optimize workflows and address technical challenges.
Automate routine operational tasks, deployments, and infrastructure management to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Maintain clear and up-to-date infrastructure documentation for transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure , with hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure.
Excellent command of the English Language in all forms.
Previous start-up experience would be an advantage.
Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes , and container orchestration tools.
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI .
Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation , or similar IaC tools.
Familiarity with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk , or ELK stack for system monitoring and performance analysis.
Knowledge of security protocols, encryption, and access control mechanisms in a cloud environment.
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash , or similar languages for automating deployment and maintenance tasks.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical infrastructure challenges quickly.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to align technical solutions with product goals.
