Rewarding hourly rates $$$ A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a highly multidisciplinary team.
The successful DevOps Engineer will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders and our local full-stack team to support and enhance project development within the Department.
The successful DevOps Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to: Leading the design, development, deployment, and support of the Agency's Cloud & Data Infrastructure.
Prioritising and managing the work queue to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
Ensuring that all solutions adhere to integration best practices.
The successful DevOps Engineer will have experience in the following: Extensive hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services, with proven ability to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud solutions.
Strong experience in building and deploying DevOps practices, tools, and continuous delivery pipelines, including GitLab, Artifactory, and Jira, to streamline development workflows.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform for automating infrastructure provisioning and management.
Proficiency in administering Azure infrastructure, expanding multi-cloud capabilities alongside AWS.
