Description
Key Responsibilities: -Developing the Components and ECUs
-Validation of the same on HIL test benches
-Review of Component design and interface
- Report generation and Task Tracking
- People Management
-Coordination with the Suppliers for ECU development and test
-Ensure active communication with all stakeholders
Other Tasks 1.Managerial Tasks:
-Communication with the teama nd all stakeholders
-Project Status and Reports to Management
-Training and Development of team members

-Technical competence: Revision and Upgrades

-Understand existing and new processes for technical advancement in fields of design and development that are State of the Art
Personnel: - Manpower planning, development, allocation and deployment
- Inspire and motivate the employee
- Keep the employee commitment level high and increase retention
- Safeguard the critical resources and information
- Development of processes to get the required talent for the department
Budget: -Financial planning for the department
-Optimum utilization of the resources including budget to meet expectations of BUs
-Costing and pricing of department activities to make MBRDI cost efficient for BUs
Stakeholder Management: -Effective engagement with all stakeholders- business partners, ECU suppliers, vendor consultants, cross project team members etc.

-Knowledge management and sharing of best practices across all MBRDI sub departments
Qualifications
Education: BE/ME in Computer Science/ Electrical & Electronics/ Master in Computer Applications
- 12-18 years of experience in automotive Body Electronics including requirements engineering, system analysis and validation
-Global experience
-Knowledge of Product Development of ECUs, HIL Validation
- Strong experience on Project Management/ Agile Methodology
