Roles & Responsibilities: Drive business development and project execution for automotive infotainment systems, focusing on Media, Connectivity, and Smart Phone Integration.Effectively manage stakeholders and build high-performing teams.Oversee daily group operations and ensure competency setup, performance monitoring, and feedback.Managerial Tasks: Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.Provide project updates and reports to management.Train and develop team members to excel in technical and soft skills.Diversity Management: Foster an inclusive environment across gender, age, and international teams.
Team Development: Plan manpower allocation and inspire team motivation.Develop processes to attract and retain top talent.Budget Management: Plan department finances and optimize resource utilization.Ensure cost-efficient operations while meeting business unit expectations.Stakeholder Management: Engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Experience: 15+ years in the automotive product development domain.At least 5 years in automotive infotainment.Hands-on development and team-building experience in automotive software are preferred.Skills: Strong leadership and networking abilities.
In-depth knowledge of automotive infotainment development processes.
Intercultural awareness and excellent communication skills.
