Responsibilities:The content deployment upon request to the customer's CRM / CLM system.The content metadata set up according to the checklist in the customer's CRM / CLM system.The content distribution for the target audience, and verification of the content availability.The content lifecycle management.Processing of incoming requests (Mail, Jira) regarding content deployment and content-related issues.Resolve Issues with content availability and functioning in collaboration with Development Teams.Handling of Emails Broadcasting on demand.Customer feedback and requirements processing.eWizard product support regarding integrations and publishing services.Management of content deployment documentation in Confluence and SharePoint.Requirements:2+ years of deployment or content management experience.Ability to maintain up-to-date documentation.Excellent organizational and communication skills, upper-intermediate and higher level of English.Understanding of CRM/CLM system's purpose and basics.Digital tech: asset or content platform experience, with at least 2 years experience using an asset management system.Tridion web content management system experience, is a plus.Basic understanding and ability to work with HTML and CSS.General understanding of how front-end technology works.Relentlessly resourceful, always thinking outside the box to solve complex problems.What we provide: We know our team members are key to achieving our goals, so we value and empower them to share their vision.
