What role you will play in our team Generate an accurate sales forecast that serve as base for EM Supply Chain, playing a key role as the strategic link between Sales, Marketing, and Supply
About you College Degree (Preferred: Industrial Engineer; Secondary Preference: Business, or Other Engineering degree) Fluent in English At least 5 years of experience in a similar positions Demonstrate sound business judgment, decision making skills, and customer focus. Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load. Strong data analysis skills. What you will do Generate a reliable forecast that depends on the quality of sales history, collaborative Market Intelligence, and optimal algorithm parameters in the system. Provide a timely forecast to Supply to ensure that the right product is in the right place at the right time to meet customer orders. Work with Sales and Marketing to understand changing customer needs and market dynamics. Maintain historical demand information. Follow a scripted Demand Planning Monthly Cycle that aligns with industry best practice. Leverage system tools to identify opportunities for forecast improvements. Monitors system data quality and integrity and fixes data related issues. Measures forecast performance and adjusts their processes in order to drive long-term improvement. Leads Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Meetings. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of overall network strategy, supply/demand balance, and plant operating constraints. Ability to drive functional excellence through a willingness to aggressively pursue new and creative approaches to resolve problems. Interface effectively with other functions, collaborative APICS CPIM Certification. SAP Knowledge. Ability to build and execute queries, databases, and spreadsheet Proactive and curious for learning.
