Job Overview What is the Dealer Support Center (DSC)? The DSC is a transformative team that supports our dealers and field to ensure all have access to the tools and resources needed to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and dealer performance. The DSC acts as a single point of contact for dealer personnel and MB field support teams to address day to day operational needs at each dealership. The team is comprised of highly knowledgeable and resourceful individuals specializing in a diverse background of experience throughout the organization. The Dealer Support Center operates from the MBUSA "1MB" Headquarters in Sandy Springs, Georgia. 
The Intern for the Dealer Support Center is instrumental in supporting the implementation of our new CRM system and aiding in its integration across various business units within Mercedes-Benz USA. This role focuses on assisting with reporting, data analytics, and project management related to the CRM system, as well as collaborating with different departments to gather requirements and facilitate the launch of new features and functionalities.


Responsibilities: Assist in reporting and data analysis tasks related to the new CRM system.Support project management activities for the implementation of CRM features and functionalities.Collaborate with various business units to gather requirements for the CRM system.Help in launching new features and tools within the CRM system.Identify trends through data analysis and propose proactive solutions to improve processes.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks.Exhibit problem-solving skills to address challenges encountered during project implementation.Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Display a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.  Qualifications Qualifications / Education: Required Qualifications:
Available from May 2024 – May 2025.Hybrid in-person schedule 3 days weekly, up to 28 hours maximumAvailable during core working hours of 10 AM - 3 PM EasternPreferred Skillset:
Ability to analyze and interpret data in a meaningful way.Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated and proven project management experience.Organizationally disciplined.
