Database And Accreditation Assistant

Database and Accreditation Assistant – Temporary Position IUM is looking for a temporary assistant to work on missions related to maintaining accurate and up-to-date data and documentation for accreditation purposes. Under the supervision of the Vice Dean for Quality and Accreditation, the mission consists of working on two distinct databases: feeding faculty data on research publications and other academic and professional activities in the faculty database, and editing data reports; retrieving, filing, uploading reports in the student database, and other document verification and archiving tasks.

The mission involves liaising with various services within IUM, particularly the HR service and the Director of Research and Faculty Development, and with individual faculty members, to collect and verify professors' CV data and information.

Key Qualifications: Precision and attention to detail Analytical and critical thinking skills Experience in using databases and excellent practical use of Microsoft suite tools (in particular, Excel) Perfect written and spoken English and French Good interpersonal communication skills with different publics (staff members at different hierarchical levels, professors, external professionals) Previous experience in using databases is a plus Salary: According to experience

Location: IUM offices in Monaco (sector Condamine)

Duration: 6 months with a 1-month test period, starting immediately

Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-term Contract (CDD)

Compensation: Starting from 2000,00€ per month
