Database Administrator Senior Analyst

The person in this role will work for the Data Delivery Team (aka Database Administrator Team), which provides an end-to-end service solution and operations for Accenture applications using various database platforms (IAAS, AWS, Azure, GCP).
The team is responsible for the operations and optimization activities on database platforms starting from service engagement, delivery, and operation of service.

The Data Delivery team supports primarily CIO and Non-Global IT Customers.

This role is expected to perform Operations work (Incident and Change Tickets) and Engineering work (maintenance, standardization, migration) for IAAS and/or PAAS.

Incident and Change Tickets can be for access-related concerns, replication/always-on issues, space issues, stopped services, TLS renewal, DB performance issues, etc.
