Remote position (only for professionals based in Argentina or Uruguay) We are seeking a talented and driven Data Science Engineer to join one of our client's team. This role is a unique blend of data science and data engineering, ideal for a professional with a strong background in Python, statistical modeling, and mathematics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and creating robust data pipelines. Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Modeling: Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover insights and trends. Develop, implement, and maintain statistical models to support data-driven decision-making. Use advanced mathematical techniques to interpret data and build predictive models.Data Engineering: Design and build scalable data pipelines to process and analyze data. Ensure the integrity and quality of data through robust data processing frameworks. Collaborate with data architects and other engineers to integrate data from multiple sources.Programming & Scripting: Write efficient and scalable Python code to automate data processing and analysis tasks. Develop custom scripts to handle data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.- At least 5 years of proven experience in data science and data engineering roles.- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and TensorFlow.- Experience in building and deploying statistical models.- Solid mathematical foundation, particularly in statistics and probability.Skills:- Expertise in data wrangling and processing large datasets.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.About RYZ Labs:RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
