We are looking for a Data Quality and Enrichment contractor (40 hours/week) who is detail oriented to join our Worldwide Revenue Operations team at Azul. Reporting into the Director of Deal Desk, you will be focused on enriching and validating Azul's customer data both historical and current. Under guidance of the Director of Deal Desk, you will execute on various projects designed to improve our historical data or enrich data to improve our insight into our customer data and purchase history in support of our metrics-driven initiatives.
Who we are looking for:We are looking for a full-time contractor (40 hours/week) who is detail oriented, has a passion for data, quality control, and research with a demonstrated attention to detail, research skills, and self-motivation.Our ideal candidate will have a background in revenue operations, deals desk and sales data order entry.What you will do (aka the Responsibilities):Working in Salesforce.com and spreadsheets, execute on defined data quality initiatives with a high attention to detail and in a timely fashion.Research Azul historical records (including orders, contracts, and invoices) to identify and update various data pertaining to those historical purchases and capture relevant information in spreadsheets and Salesforce.com.Research accounts online and through multiple resources (including D&B) to enhance account records with both Firmographics and Technographic data.Engage with Azul Sales force to research historical opportunity outcomes and record these findings in the opportunity.Document all findings and data research.What you bring (aka the Requirements):Strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively communicate with various departments including but not limited to Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing professionals.Organized, detail and process oriented.Self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.Manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues.Your Education & Experience:Prefer 4 year degree in Business, Finance, Economics.Prefer experience or exposure to Revenue Operations, Deals Desk or Sales Order Entry.Experience using Excel is a must.Experience using Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other office tools preferred.Experience researching and reviewing contracts and orders a plus.Experience with data entry a plus.Experience working in Salesforce.com preferred. $35 - $35 an hour
The hourly pay for this job is $35. Individual pay is determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
