Main responsibilities: Owns all aspects of NA Revenue growth management and pricing analytics tools:?? * Strategy Vision & Execution: Leads and executes data & analytics strategy for corresponding product team, including master data governance, data products and models.? * Capability Leadership: Leads the design, development, deployment and continuous support of digital products and solutions, fostering innovation and excellence in digital offerings for the product team.? * Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day digital operations, ensuring service delivery support operations excellence including audits, change, incident, problem, and configuration management.? * Strategic Business Plan: Develops technology investment plans and activation, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development and realization, business outcome identification, business adoption plans, resourcing plans.? * Security and Compliance: Champion the importance of digital security and privacy, adheres to internal and external rigorous protocols to protect company and customer data.? * Standards and Governance: Establish and uphold best practice standards for digital commercial product operations.? * Business Enablement: Partner with other business units, regions, and business stakeholders to maximize globalization, scalability and overall TCO.? * Build Talent – Promote and build global leaders, develop resources with the needed functional and technical skills required to meet K-C's growing application portfolio and changing technology needs.? Key Qualifications and Experiences: * Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
MBA or equivalent is preferred.? * Fluent English * 10+ years of experience in full stack development: Proven track record in developing and leading complex web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Strong expertise in frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Django, or similar.
* Basic understanding of machine learning concepts: Familiarity with key machine learning principles and frameworks like TensorFlow, Pyton, and scikit-learn.
Able to integrate pre-built models into applications and ensure they function correctly within a larger system.
* 7-10+ years of cloud environments expertise: Experienced in deploying scalable and high-availability applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of managing cloud infrastructure, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
* Security and best practices: Implementing robust security measures and following best practices in both application development and deployment.
Ensuring data integrity and application reliability through code reviews, automated testing, and performance optimization.
* 3+ year demonstrable experience in Agile and Product team workflows, including epics, features, stories, sprints, and backlog management.? * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.? * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for product development.? * Professional attitude and service orientation; team player.? * Strong work ethic; ability to work at an abstract level and gain consensus.? * 7+ years of leadership experience with large, global IT teams, focusing on the development lifecycle within product teams.
Demonstrates strong capabilities in cross-functional collaboration and managing diverse, multicultural teams in a matrix organization to drive performance and innovation.
* Proven experience defining and executing an integrated data product ecosystem and strategy, that focuses on data maximization across the value chain.? Financial Fluency: P&L understanding, Business case development, OKRs, KPIs.
