Who we are looking for: The Data Analyst will work directly with external clients, understanding their inquiries and providing solutions based on data that support business decisions. The candidate must be proficient in Power BI, SQL Server or similar and should have experience in insights creation from large datasets, maintain fluent conversations in English, and possess a Bachelor's degree in fields related to Computer Science or Marketing Analytics.
What you'll do: Data Analysis and Visualization: Perform data treatment, manipulation, and analysis, creating insightful dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Data Ingestion and Automation: Structure and automate data loading processes, ensuring data quality and efficiency. Develop scripts and procedures for data import and export.Marketing Support: Analyze and address internal team demands to support marketing initiatives. Analyze audiences and develop segments for targeted campaign implementation.Performance Measurement: Develop indicators and analyses to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, actions, and processes. Implement and monitor business metrics and digital marketing campaign performance, generating comprehensive reports.Data Integration: Develop integrations with partner tools and APIs using ETL tools, contributing to the overall data architecture.What you'll need: Required Skills:
Proven experience with SQL.Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Looker.Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).Good to Have:
Knowledge of or experience with Python.Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure, including familiarity with their data storage, processing, and analytics services.Basic understanding of VBA.Datorama, Qlik Sense, and Alteryx.
