Led by Purpose. Driven by You. About the Role The primary mission of this position is to maximize data value through best-in-class engineering and data & insights products for NA Segment business growth.
Main Responsibilities: Lead and execute the data & analytics strategy for the corresponding product team, including master data governance, data products, and models.Design, develop, deploy, and continuously support digital products and solutions, fostering innovation and excellence in digital offerings.Manage day-to-day digital operations, ensuring service delivery and operational excellence.Develop technology investment plans and activation, including budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.Champion digital security and privacy, adhering to internal and external protocols to protect company and customer data.Establish and uphold best practice standards for digital commercial product operations.Partner with other business units to maximize globalization, scalability, and overall TCO.Promote and build global leaders, developing resources with the necessary functional and technical skills. Key Qualifications and Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent preferred.7+ years of leadership experience with large, global IT teams, focusing on the development lifecycle within product teams.7-10+ years of strategic impact and technology delivery in Data & Analytics technology and operations.Solid experience in the CPG industry.7-10+ years of experience designing and deploying cloud scalable, resilient, secure data products.5+ years of experience designing and deploying high-quality models.Proven experience defining and executing an integrated data product ecosystem and strategy.Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business environment.3+ years of experience in Agile and Product team workflows.Financial fluency: P&L understanding, business case development, OKRs, KPIs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for product development.Professional attitude and service orientation; team player.Strong work ethic; ability to work at an abstract level and gain consensus.
