How you'll play your part Mercedes-Benz is seeking a dedicated Customer and Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing detailed reports and analysis of Customer and Technical Support data, including Roadside Assistance and vehicle-off-the-road (VOR) volumes, as well as retailer goodwill spend trends. Your insights will be crucial in driving business solutions and ensuring awareness of current and future issues.
You will work collaboratively with various departments across the business to provide valuable insights. Your strong customer focus and advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office programs like Excel, will be essential in this role. An in-depth knowledge of Power BI is also required to excel in this position.
Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount, as is the ability to analyse and solve complex problems. You will need excellent spoken and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills and the confidence to handle matters with tact and diplomacy. Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills are also important.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage their own workload effectively and work independently without close supervision. If you have a passion for data, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to turn insights into actionable business solutions, we would love to hear from you.
