Job Description Learn all the necessary information given for work; Help customers through live support (chats, instant messengers and emails, possible hotline); Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service; Interact with other departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications Languages: Ukrainian native; English - Advanced Good written communication skills; Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results; Excellent basic computer skills; Ability to work from personal laptop for the first 2 weeks of work during training.
