As a Customer Support Agent , you'll be part of the Customer Service team within the Global Operations department. This department is responsible for keeping our Travellers, Travel brands, and Transfer companies happy; often you are the first line of support to help either one of them out! Your responsibilities will include providing operational support through the Transferz platform and helping cover our 24/7 omnichannel support platform. This opening is for morning, afternoon and night full/time positions

What will you do? Provide outstanding live phone, e-mail and chat assistance through our omnichannel ticketing platform. Manage journey orders in our internal back office platform. Efficiently address the operational needs of our travelers, partners and transfer companies. Handle complaints and investigate refund claims. Offer relevant input to internal stakeholders based on your front-line experience as the face of the organization. Assist other departments in their live operational needs. Contribute to the positive work atmosphere within the team What do you need? HSK level 5 or superior English B2 or superior Excellent communication skills A problem-solving, getting things done attitude (proactive and resolute) Active listening and problem-resolution skills Availability during weekends.
