What you'll do The Business Technology Platform (BTP) Customer Success Partner (CSP) will proactively engage with an assigned portfolio of customers to drive them to leverage BTP as the go-to platform for integration, extension, innovation, and analysis scenarios within the Intelligent Enterprise.
As the BTP-CSP Senior Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
Partnering with customers to sustainably increase their consumption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services and coordinating activities with the Account Team by building out a joint outcome-based plan and driving a mutual understanding of IT architecture and business value.Understanding the big picture, delivering expertise in digital transformation, and advising on technical and business architectures.Serving as the primary SAP BTP strategic point of contact and orchestrating success resources across SAP and customers.Analyzing your customer's technical needs and executing consumption plans for your assigned customers.Providing recommendations and preparing the customer to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with SAP's strategy and roadmap.Acting as a voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders.Collaborating with colleagues from various groups, including Cloud Success Services life-cycle relevant centers of experts, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management groups, Support, Services, and Partners.What you bring 5-6 years of experience in areas such as Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Technical Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, or Consulting.Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms (PaaS) and providers.Excellent understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio: SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud Solutions.Professional experience with implementing cloud initiatives.Multi-lingual skills are a plus, depending on the region.Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical skills.Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Professional Training & Certification Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.Familiarity with design thinking methodology is a plus.We win with inclusion SAP's culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone feels included and can run at their best.
