We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager with Compliance & Risk Expertise to work closely with the company's financial institution clients based in US & LATAM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing client relationships, ensuring maximum leverage of the company's platform and fostering their long-term success.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for US & LATAM financial institutions, managing client relationships with professionalism and ensuring their needs are met.Deeply understand customers' needs and objectives, offering personalized advice and solutions tailored to their legal requirements.Guide customers in the implementation and adoption of the company's solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal usage.Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements to offered solutions.Participate in the creation of education and training strategies for customers, ensuring they are aware of best practices and updates.Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work closely with the Sales team to capitalize on them.Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and inform product improvements and Customer Success strategies.Minimum Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in roles such as Compliance Officer, AML Manager or Consultant, ideally with B2B financial institutions or legal-focused projects.Legal knowledge: Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and legal requirements in the financial sector.Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, especially within the financial sector.Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Analytical profile: Skills to develop and implement metrics, using data analysis as a tool for decision making.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders.Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.Benefits: Competitive USD salaryPaid Time Off (Vacation and Flex days)Hybrid: Remote & presenceHealth BonusEnglish LessonsProfessional growth opportunitiesSnacks & FruitsFlexibility and autonomy to work, based on objectives, in a startup environment.After office activities
