Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will project-manage our clients' multichannel campaigns, working closely with various internal teams to deliver a seamless experience, and fostering long-term relationships that enhance retention and customer satisfaction.
As this role involves working as a freelancer, you should have your own company and invoice us accordingly.
Key Responsibilities: Manage projects and campaigns that balance the needs of the customer with Brightvision's objectives, whilst monitoring profitability, performance, and delivering an unrivalled CX.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
Understand and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to tailor outbound marketing efforts.
Plan and deliver profitable multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Create, amend, and develop prospect data lists to optimize outreach and engagement strategies.
Manage and monitor the performance of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve campaign objectives.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve client success initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and client deliverables.
Drive client retention and renewal strategies, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing methodologies, and best practices to enhance client strategies.
