As a Customer Success Manager, your mission is to work with our clients to make sure they're getting as many quality leads while making the process friction-less for them. This role will be client facing. Your biggest priorities are:

Develop & optimize cold email campaigns that drive resultsBuild strong long term relationships with clientsManage projects to make sure everything is done timely


Responsibilities

Develop outreach strategy with clientsDevelop cold email scriptsCreate targeted lead listsCreate & manage outreach campaignsReview client KPI's & optimize based on resultsManage email deliverability & identify errorsEscalate requests to clients & brainstorm with client to address themCommunicate with clients about campaign resultsReport internally & externally on campaign resultsManage client projects to make sure they are done on timeKeep project management & client Google Drive is up to dateAd-hoc projects

Tasks

Daily

Creating lead list & script strategiesCreating and uploading campaignsAnswering client questions via Slack & EmailUpdating project statuses in our internal systemsProactively updating and reaching out to clientsOptimizing campaigns & reporting data internallyOnboarding calls with new clientsClient strategy and check-in calls


Weekly

Send weekly reports to clientsSet weekly initiatives / projects for the following week


Requirements

Understanding of B2B salesResourceful & adaptable mindsetNative level English speaking & written skillsReliable internet and quiet office spaceTech setup for remote work (webcam, microphone)Experience with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets)Available from 8am to 4pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday

Benefits

Position: Customer Success Manager

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM EST

Salary Range: $1500 - $3000 USD

Payment Frequency: Monthly

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
