• Proven management and leadership experience in a call centre environment is a must.
• You have exceptional people skills and a passion for creating a positive and motivating team spirit.
• Customer service/call centre experience is a no-brainer.
• You possess ability to untangle complex customer conundrums.

• Taking initiative and resolving issues independently is your forte.

Hours: 40 hours per week Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £27,000 - increasing to £30,000 after successful probation period Location: Leyland, Lancashire Training: This position is to be based at our brand new site in Leyland, we would require the successful candidate to undertake their first 6-8 weeks of employment at our existing site in Skelmersdale for their training period.
Interview Stages: Our friendly recruitment team may reach out to you before an interview offer to chat about a few details like commuting, your notice period, or any questions we might have about your application.
If you're shortlisted, you'll have a one-stage interview with our Customer Service Manager.
This interview will include some competency-based questions and a prioritization/"in-tray" task.
