The Job

Responsibilities :

- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services using DialPad.
- Make outbound calls as needed.
- Manage and resolve customer support tickets through Gorgias.
- Work with platforms such as Shopify and FLXPoint to provide informed support.

The Profile

- Enthusiastic about boats or tiny boats; a passion for marine products is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, DialPad, and FLXPoint preferred.
- Open to all candidates regardless of gender.
