Come learn how to wire electrical, build boat decks, and select the best parts and accessories for your boat.The RoleResponsibilities :- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services using DialPad.- Make outbound calls as needed.- Manage and resolve customer support tickets through Gorgias.- Work with platforms such as Shopify and FLXPoint to provide informed support.Ideal Profile- Enthusiastic about boats or tiny boats; a passion for marine products is a plus.- Experience with Shopify,Gorgias, DialPad, and FLXPoint preferred.- Open to all candidates regardless of gender.What's on Offer?- Competitive pay- Flexible work-from-home / remote setup- Paid leave schedule- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (US Eastern or US Central Time, choice of the applicant)
